It's not enough to just know in your brain to not judge yourself. Sometimes you know in your brain the "good" affirmations, but can't help but feel strong emotions that bother you anyhow. That is why we need to reprogram your nervous system and body cell memory. This way your body/emotions will agree with your mind. Then you won't feel torn between how you want to feel, and not being able to get there.
